  2. I enjoyed your ‘quotes’ and have some of them in my notebook of quotes. I seem to collect them! A friend gave me a little book by Max Lucado titled “God thinks you’re wonderful”. he wrote the words and they are illustrated by Chris Shea. This is a quote from this book: “flooded by emotion, overcome by pride, the Starmaker turns to us, one by one and says, “you are my child, I love you dearly. I’m aware that some day you will turn from me and walk away, but I want you to know I’ve already provided a way back”. Then there is a child like illustration of a manger with a baby and a star above. How thankful we should be for the baby who came to save us!! ONE more: printed on an angel tree ornament: “count your blessings and share them. Thank you, Karen, for the quotes!! Merry Christmas!
    Love and blessings, Margaret

  3. thank you for all of your great blogs this past year- God has used them to speak to my weary heart! Yes, as is evident in the world today Jesus is the only HOPE of the World. It is comforting to know that the HOPE of the World, JESUS cares about us individually and is willing and able to hold us (me) close this season and year. Thanks for the reminder. I wish you a peaceful holiday season and a year of new adventures- loved your mandala!

    Blessings from Canada!

    • Thanks, Angela. I so enjoyed your sweet comment. With the lovely group of loyal followers I have I will continue to write my blogs throughout the new year.

    • Thanks for being one of my readers and one of my good friends, Joan. I remember my early journey with Jesus took place in yours and John’s house at a bible study all those many years ago in San Diego.
