  1. Every positive voice is very welcome in the sea of angst out there. Thank you Karen for being one of them. I agree with you all the way. Have aBlessed Thanksgiving!

  2. Amen to all of that Karen.
    ALL IS IN DIVINE ORDER
We do know that and accept what is as it unfolds.
Blessings and love dear friend and to all your family of readers. We are indeed one……”may there be peace on earth and may it begin with me.”

  3. I love what you wrote. The scriptures and quotes are so beautiful. Bottom line, when the waters are raging internally or externally… Jesus is our rock and solid foundation. Thank you for your inspiring words (as always).

  4. As our mutual friend BJ used to say “God is in charge!” These words often comes to mind when I am confused and question what is happening in our world these days. They also allow me to stay focused and recognize that God is STILL on His throne and He is STILL in charge! His plan is perfect and though it is often hard to accept some outcomes that we don’t understand, we are only asked to trust Him and wait patiently for His plan to unfold. As always, Karen, thanks for your calming words and friendly reminder that “all is well and all WILL be well.”

  5. Well said. Karen. I have prayed daily for our country and it’s leaders, that God will somehow pull us together making us realize how necessary it is to work together and to seek HIS will and not our own. Sorry I cannot remember where this scripture is found in the Bible but I do like this verse but may not quote it exactly: “let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, we shall reap, if we ‘FAINT NOT” (or)do not lose heart”. Blessings to all. Margaret

    • Thank you, Margaret. Here it is: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” Galatians6:9. A perfect verse for this particular ‘season’ in our country.

  6. Very timely and well said. Thanks for sharing this Karen.

    Praying for all Americans everywhere…

    From My Heart,
    Smiles, BRC

  7. Well spoken, Karen. Our God is still in control. Thanks for the wonderful scriptures that remind us our faith is to be in Him, not in election results.
