    • Hi Janet. My blog does have a button for sharing. At the end of the blog article you can click to share on FB or Twitter. Give it a try and thanks for your kind words.

  1. Thank you, Karen. It blesses me to know that you are well, and challenges me to keep this in mind for myself and those I love.

  2. Thanks, Karen. Wonderful reminder of our need to remain focused on God in all circumstances. Ties in with Rene’s sermon on worry – that we are to worry about nothing and pray about everything. That means staying in the moment, and staying focused on God. Love you!

  3. Beautiful! and I really do like your candle holder! Your words remind me of the hymn: It Is Well With My Soul” written by Horatio Spafford. Briefly his wife and four children were on their way to Europe via ship, his plans to go with them fell thru. On the way the ship sunk, the four daughters drowned but his wife survived. On his way via ship to meet his wife the Captian told him they were passing where the other ship had sunk. Horatio could not sleep but these words came to him ; “It is well; the will of God be done”. He later wrote the famous hymn based on these words.
All of us have our trials and many times they are difficult to bare (it is for me sometimes)but if we can keep out mind on Our Lord, and trust Him, we will know that peace will come and all will be well.
    Blessings with love, Margaret

  4. Hello my friend! I just have to tell you as I read your blog today I was reminded of my diabetes diagnosis 26 years ago and how alone I felt in the hospital. I called out to God as I held my Bible and prayed, “I don’t know where to look.” My Bible opened to the passage at the end of your blog. It has since guided me in my darkest times, reminding me that He loves me, I am chosen and He will never let go of me! Thank you for that reminder today and for being such a wonderful writer and friend! I love you!

  5. Christy, thanks for joining our discussion and leaving a comment. I’m inspired by what you shared from your own life about the verse from the bible. God is so gracious and faithful. I love you back!

    • Hi Karen. Thanks for your comment about the ‘all shall be well’ candle holder. I don’t sell them and I don’t know where to purchase one. I bought mine almost 20 years ago from a gift store at a church I visited. I wish I could be more helpful.
